As an alternative to a laminated pass you might like to consider a plastic card - similar to a credit card material - this hard-wearing 850 microns polypropylene pass can be produced to any design and shape, with either a hole or slot punched to attach a lanyard. These can be sequentially numbered, barcoded or with a hologram.
